- Refund. If product returned is in new, unused and resaleable condition.
- Exchange/store credit. If product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.
To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide valid proof of purchase.
Items listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Will I be charged for return shipping?
We understand not all purchases work out. We are delighted to offer you free returns on items that meet our Returns Policy.
How long do returns take?
Return shipping via post typically takes 2 to 7 business days to reach us. Once our warehouse receives your return, it will be processed within 1 business day. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
