Shipping & Delivery
At Alex Loves Colour, we pack every order with care and ship it express from our Australian warehouse, so your pieces arrive quickly and safely. From checkout to delivery, we make sure the experience is as seamless as the products themselves.
We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand only.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 11:00am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and collected by the courier, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.
Shipping Costs
All orders are sent via express shipping.
Orders over $100 receive free express delivery. Orders under $100 are charged a flat express shipping rate of $19.95.
There are no standard shipping options. Everything is sent via express so nothing sits in a warehouse longer than it should.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
Delivery speed varies based on your location and the courier handling your order.
All delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may be affected by weather, public holidays, and peak shopping periods.
Sale Periods & Busy Seasons
During high volume periods such as sales, launches and major retail events, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. We always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but courier networks can experience delays that are outside our control.
If you are ordering for a specific date, we recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.
If you have not received your tracking details after your order has been dispatched, please contact us at info@roguebeauty.com.au and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to Europe. If you are located in Europe, please visit www.alexlovescolour.eu to place your order.
Orders sent to parcel forwarding services are not covered by Alex Loves Colour's terms, returns or delivery guarantees. Any issues that occur once a parcel is handed to a forwarding company are the responsibility of the customer.
